Has the Guild Mobile App has stopped responding?

A recent myGuild password reset may be stopping the app from working properly. Using the app menu, choose Logout and then confirm that you want to log out. You will then see a blue screen with a login button and you can log in using your username and updated myGuild password.

Still not responding?

Put your phone in Airplane mode and using the menu (top left button), choose Logout and then confirm that you want to log out. You will then see a blue screen with a login button and you can log in using your username and updated myGuild password.

Still no joy?

You may need to remove the app from your phone and re-install – Remember to login using your new myGuild password.
